Halal option.
I choose it because of vegan option. A lot of other brand may contain gelatin. reasonable price also. Have been taking it for weeks. No side effects. Mainly taking it due to my fibroid issue. Heard Vitamin D regulate hormone.

I can't function without these
I found out that I have exceptionally low vitamin d3. My endocrinologist started me on the 50,000 unit dose weekly and it works for me. Without it, I have muscle pain and weakness, lethargy, bleary eyed, and a emotional mess. This is my miracle in a bottle.

Perfect Vegan Option
I was looking for a vegan option with 50,000 IU that you can take weekly and after searching online my mom found these. Other vegan options had only 5,000 IU that you have to take daily. Im not good at taking pills everyday so these have made my life easier!
