Seems good but I also have had bowel issues since beginning this, so how good is it? I had been taking iron separately and wonder if the iron in this version is tougher on my stomach. Who knows? I'll finish the bottle and then make a decision on whether I ought to purchase more.

The item received has an expiration date of 01/25. Today is 04/25. I don't understand why Walmart sent an expired to their customer? Please check the expiration date prior to shipping it to your customer.
