(4 pack) Pillsbury Best Bread Flour, 5 Lb Bag

I stopped wasting money at the bakery and supermarket. Haven't bought bread in months now. My bread machine has paid for itself manyfold. This bread flour produces tasty, fluffy textured rolls, baguettes and even pizza bases . I get around 10 medium loaves from a 5lb bag, each loaf enough for the two of us. They would cost me about $35 in the store over time. Total cost here with yeast, oil etc, maybe $6 or less for ten loaves, or baguettes or 20 rolls. It's a no brainer. 26 minutes on the bread cycle. Let ir rise. 18 minutes in the oven. YUMMMM

Wonderful flour for baking bread! This flour does suck in quite a bit of water meaning it is very fine and dry upon opening. Many other flours I've tried barely take in water and are muore clumpy meaning they are more coarse and wet - Useable in a jam but I much prefer Pillsbury Best to competing brands. I've made hamburger buns that turned out very soft and bready which is great when fresh but found they need to steam or toast a lil before use after storing for more than a day or so to soften up the crumb. I accidentally made a thick salty dough when missing order of ingredients and adding a salt rather than sugar (it was way salty) in my normal pizza dough process and I ended up saving it by making no salted need added pretzels and baked bagels. I tried making savory puff pastries but ended up making chewy treats rather than light and crispy flakes because the gluten in the bread flour. Seems I need all-purpose flour to do that type of thing unless frying...

Works as designed! I make about a dozen different types of bread with this bread flour. In fact, the email from walmart requesting me to review this item came coincidentally while I am making a loaf of bread

this is the best flour ,love baking with it. was always looking for bread flour .an i satisfied great texture.

I like everything about this bread flour. It makes a great pizza dough and quick breads. It's not as expensive as it's competitor.

I'm very happy with this flour. Makes perfect bread and awesome yeast rolls. If you ever need yeast rolls, use this and not all-purpose flour.

the expiration date was in 2027, but when opened, live bugs came out of the package. i know the eggs are there i just don't want to see live bugs when i just bought the bag 10 days ago.

Had to spend $8 more on this flour because your store brand purple bag is never in the store and now unavailable online Do better

Huge hole in the bag! Wasted $4.88!
