grew up in Montana and travel out of my way to go to Wheat Montana. Their reputation for quality carries through in this mix -- a tier above other pancake mixes. Being out in New Jersey, it's such a pleasure to be able to get the authenticity of a special Montana place that truly knows quality.

Mixed everything in a big measuring cup with a spout for easy pouring onto the griddle. These pancakes were fluffy, light and delicious and a snap to make with very little clean-up afterwards. I am hooked on Wheat Montana flour for bread baking and this is yet another great find.

Making a lot of pancakes over the last 40 years, The Wheat Montana Buttermilk Pancake Mix is the best. The mix rises to beautiful, thick and light pancakes with a delicious buttermilk taste. I wanted a mix that required the addition of egg and oil, but that is almost impossible to find these days - most every mix is now "complete" and has no flavor and don't rise. This Pancake mix also makes delicious potato pancakes, waffles and crepes. Definitely recommend!

Perfect for people sensitive to wheat. I can eat homemade bread, doughnuts and pancakes without the stomach bloat. It will be nice when Wal-Mart puts this product on the shelves, but happy I can order online

best and freshest pancake mix ever and of course using unbleached usa milled and grown flour is plus! recommend their ap flour as well

Hands down best buttermilk pancake mix.. been using this brand for the last 3 years won't change it. Their flour is also good.

I love this pancake mix. But this Last time that I ordered a few of them they smell like cheese. Walmart did replacement them but the ones that they sent smelled bag as well.

Latest batch smells like cheese and mothballs. Not sure what changed. Has an expiration on the bag of 01 07 2022. The ingredient list shows the same as my previous batch with a different expiration date.

The one I bought 2 months ago had a different color smell and taste. The last picture shows how the one I bought before was. The 3 boxes I bought in June look like that in the first 3 pictures with a bad smell and taste. I can't return it to the store because they said I opened it, but I only checked to see if they were the same.
