Nutricost 5-htp for a sound nights sleep.

Not for everyone.
There are side effects in everything we ingest. Also different products interact together. I experienced nausea and vomiting almost immediately. Later to find out it's because I took it with Sam-e.

Not for me
I had great hopes of using 5-HTP to help with a chronic case of the "blahs", and then maybe up the dose to aid in losing a few pounds. Unfortunately I experienced terrible vertigo after taking the first capsule. It was bad enough that I don't want to try again to see if the 5-HTP was the cause. Other than that the product arrived when expected, in a well sealed bottle.
