We have noticed 5-HTP has helped with anxiety flareups and feelings of stress throughout our routine day. It is a perfect alternative to use instead of prescriptuon medication, we feel.

It works okay.
HTP-5 is supposed to help with mood balance and aid in sleep. It helps with the latter but not with mood balance.

not what you will get
wrong item sent the amount is only 90 pills which is only a 30 day supply according to the recommended dose per day on the bottle the price is what the average cost is for the item. sales description is too good to be true. good supplement still
