I have so many uses for Whole Milk and being able to buy it in a dry form has been a win.. My refrigerator is tiny so ...this has been much mor convenient than buying Gallons of Milk..has a really creamy taste...works great with cold coffees... making cheese ..making steam milk bread..I use up 2 bags a month

I've tried a lot of powdered milk products over the year and each has been a process od suffering. nothing really compared in quality to regular liquid milk but this has been a pleasant surprise. It's smooth and tastes wonderful. I've tried adding it to smoothies outside or just turning it into milk and it's excellent. I highly recommend.

This is great to keep in the house for baking and cooking. I am not a milk drinker, but always seem to need 1/2 cup. Mashed potatoes, gravy, a casserole... I keep this in the cupboard and am able to mix up what I need without having to waste fresh milk.

the economical choice for milk these days. it has fewer calories, works fantastic in smoothies, makes wonderful steamed milk for lattes and it is easy on the stomach too. it is so easy to mix; 1 heaping cup to 1 quart of ice cold water, mix it with a hand blender and wala, you have the best glass of milk you've ever tasted. and im an avid milk drinker.

I only recently learned that Dry Whole Milk even existed. I thought it was all non-fat. Personally, I like the whole milk better because it tastes more like regular milk... it has fat in it. That's also the downside. Since it has fat in it, it has a shorter shelf life that non-fat and eventually starts to go bad.

long time user. Add it to my hot chocolate at the office where I only have hot water. Lacks that yucky off taste powdered milk used to have years ago. I add some unsweetened baking chocolate powder to intensify my hot chocolate taste and mouth feel, and this full fat milk powder supplies the fat needed to emulsify the baking chocolate powder. Good backup when you run out of milk at home or for baking recipes where you don't want a watery batter.

Let me just start by saying I grew up drinking powdered milk and I hated it! Ugh! Gross!! I do however like to cook with it! If you like to make cream of anything and you don't have milk, this stuff works! Cream of tomato soup? Toss this in! Cream of chicken, yup toss it in. Creamy potato soup, yeah add this to it. If you want to make your dry ranch salad dressing mix you can make it with this. You want to make your own HB helper from scratch, you can add this to your dry sauce mix. It's also good for coffee if you want milk in it. There are so many uses for this powdered milk besides drinking it as milk. I got it to use during hurricane season in an emergency and I've been using it nonstop ever since.

I grew up on dry milk, living in Alaska it was too expensive to buy ready made milk, so we used dry milk for a everything. I don't remember the milk we made tasting like fish. When I opened the bag it smelt like milk, but the taste was of fish. Really weird.

My bag arrived with a small hole in it. I don't know if it went off because of that, or if it normally smells/tastes the way my bag does, but I just find it unpleasant to use. It has a strong, stale odor and an undesirable taste to match. I thought I'd pay a little extra and get a richer, better product, but I'm just going to stick with regular, more affordable powdered milk in the future.

I normally buy Nido and I decided to try the Walmart because it's much cheaper. It is so disgusting. I have to throw it away. I'm going to ask them for my money back. The quality is horrible. It taste like the package that it comes in. It taste toxic like plastic plastic do not buy it.
