Setting time and date a little confusing but other than that simple to operate. Also it is truly an wxtra large cuff. I normally take a large or xl cuff and this one swallows my arm

I got this for my wife who has a difficult arm to fit for auto BP machines and the cuff was a larger size than normal. The cuff fit and the whole machine is very easy to use. However, it pumps up to 230 for starting pressure ands causing great discomfort to her. The reading that was gotten was 152/84. I tried it and went to 230 the first time- the next 2 only went to 190- my BP was 142/76 to 138/72. Tried again on her arm the next night- again went to 230- she will not use it again. Did cause bruising on the under side of her arm. We will return and I will look for another one for her.

This blood pressure monitor does have a very generous sized cuff, but the readings are very different each time you take your blood pressure. It seems to use quite a bit of battery power. I would NOT recommend this product.

Pumps up to 280-290 every time and is excruciatingly painful, leaving bruises and marks every time. Half the time end up with an error message anyway.

Doesnt work well Most of the time just shows error. when I did get on reading out of two dozen the next working reading on same person same arm was completely different

Motor runs continuously when batteries are installed regardless if power is on or off. Have yet to get an actually reading after trying many times. The cuff just continues to squeeze VERY tight then reverts to ERROR. It's garbage

I am a nursing student and bought this BP system to use with the program. It is so inaccurate, it is shameful it is being sold. I wrote to Katy Medical Solutions to return it and after several emails to them, it was not accepted back. They are not backing a product they are distributing. Do not buy this cuff or from this company. They will not honor returns or back the products they sell.

I have had this product for 4 days, and have yet been able to get a accurate reading or any kind of reading(for that matter) ..its a Joke!!
