Stops the food noise. I don't want to constantly snack when I take these.
Berberine is supposed to stimulate metabolism. we could all use more of that.

I have been taking another brand of Berberine but found this one through Walmart. I like the addition of cinnamon in this one.
i dont use this for weight control. Berberine lowers A1c. ive lowered mine from 11.75 to 6.5 in a little less then a year. ive used this brand for awhile and it seems to work pretty good. As good as the more expensive brands.
Blood sugar control is about the numbers however the side effects of high blood sugar are numerous including blurred vision and headaches. The formula has helped to thwart these side effects! Yay!
Just two doses of the berberine, my blood sugar spiked to high 200's despite eating appropriately. I am insulin dependent T2. Got so dizzy that it was hard to do anything. Very disappointed in product.....it was supposed to reduce blood sugar. Waste of money for me.
