I purchased the capsules and the loose powder.. I am trying to increase my overall health and energy by supplementation. I take the DMAE capsules at night along with other supplements, so don't feel much. I use the loose powder variation before my workouts. The taste is sour, I use 1/4 tsp in my drink of tea water or coffee and still deciding if I feel any different.

It works right away and lasts for a long time. I also take caffeine so when combined with DMAE it was too much stimulation for me, but like I said it definitely does what it is supposed to do.

I love DMAE. it helps me feel clear headed. gives energy without the shakes. can get a full days work done and not have the crash you can get with energy drinks.

This product is a great value for the price. It is very comparable to one of the name brands that I have bought before so I felt like this was a good buy for what I wanted in a DMAE product.

Loved the fact that it contains no artifical colors, preservatives or sweeteners and that it is made in the USA.

I've used this product for years. it really is a good supplement.

still I have added this product to my training regimen,my concentration is shaper and more focused.

it's good i like it. i take one capsule a day in the morning. i wish it came with a flip-top cap though, i had to switch that out.

It's still early into use of the supplement (consistent for about 2 weeks), but I would say that it's been mildly helpful in focus. I haven't had any interactions or negative effects. Remembering to take it a few times a day has been challenging but, again, I'm only just beginning to use them. I'll update after more time is committed to use.
