I was kind of put off by the fact the bottle is so small, but it has a decent amount of pills inside, that are 375 mg each, so less plastic is ultimately a good thing! So far I've only taken one of the capsules, but I do think that it elevates my mood. I find that St. John's Wort seems to help with mild depressive symptoms, although it doesn't help as much on the really rough days. Swanson is a trustworthy company, so I frequently also buy other kinds of supplements they offer.

delivery was delayed because of the holidays so I haven't taken enough to tell how it is going to work. They promised me quick delivery for xmas eve, delivery computer must be on autopilot.

Not sure, but think I feel some improvement from depression symptoms. Will continue taking these for a while longer hoping for better depression relief.
