So far so good
The capsules are small, easy to swallow. No after taste. Noupset stomach. I take two for knee pain and skin / anti aging. Skinn is glowing and no knee pain.

So easy to swallow.
These are tiny and easy to take. Didn't notice they came in different strengths though. So I'll just have to take 2 because I was taking the 200 mg before.
