I've been taking this for about two weeks, but so far so good! It actually came with a good amount of pills, so it's not a monthly buy! I took it to help regulate my hormones naturally and undiagnosed PCOS. I am taking it with Berberine to help and I've taken that for about a month now and it's helped me lose weight. I take them before I eat about 30 minutes, or if I'm fasting I'll take it in the early afternoon. I've had no side effects. The pill is a bit large and hard but I haven't had any problems so far and I am definitely a choker. My appetite is definitely a lot better! Will be buying again.
