Great flavor and really helps me sleep.

I use them with other sleep aid's and they work the only thing is to keep them out of bath room cabinet as they will mold after a month or so.

these used to be my go-to because of the taste. they were amazing and tasted like smarties. but between the bottle I just received and the bottle I just finished something significant changed and now I cannot stand the taste and neither can my children. definitely returning this.
