anything from this brand works really well, I use several things from them, this is an occasional use item to help block high carb meals, it works as expected and is a great price.

Great to block carbs
Very hi potency, very good price. Blocks carbs that can affect diabetes. Whenever I know I will be eating a high carb meal I take two of these about thirty minutes before.
