I bought this product to help my immune system. It's a good source to help colds and bronchitis problems. personally works for me. The product came in capsules, easy to swallow, and not bad taste.
this is an excellent product. there is no fishy taste, no aftertaste whatsoever. the pill is like a slick capsule sort and goes down the throat easily even though it is actually a big pill. the price was great, came packaged well and quickly. would buy again and again.
