Arctic King 7.1 Cu ft Upright Convertible Freezer/Refrigerator, White

I order this freezer and I had been waiting for it a long time Fex dropped it off on the 19 April I received it the shelves were broken I immediately call Customer Service at Walmart. I spoke to a gentleman. He took my information and said that it will take 10 days to process it. I waited. I talk to a lady and she said sure enough that it will take 10 days which would be the 1 of May I called back nothing happened. She told me to take pictures which I did found out. It was dented. I talked to another gentleman. He said it was gonna take 48 hours to 48 hours has passed when I found out the shelves was broken. I had to take and take the box and tear it open to get the freezer out when I talk to them when it was delivered I had to tear the box open and had no way to take the freezer back to Walmart as I explained to them I am 74 years old and I had delivered. Also that's why I had explained to them. The young lady told me to take pictures which I have and just to wait for the decision which I have nothing have happened I called back another young man said I would hear something in 48 hr I have not heard anything it's hard living on a fixed income and you have to save money for something you need and you looking for people to treat you right or stand on there word if I had a way like I told the young man I would have taken it back why you think I had it delivered? I have everything recorded just like they do.

I just received the freezer, and the delivery personnel did not provide any prior notice, so there was no opportunity to inspect it properly. The freezer arrived with an extremely large dent on the upper rear section. The refrigerator may be operational; however, due to the severity of the damage it arrived with, the price should be adjusted. The listed price reflects a unit in perfect condition, which is not the case here. Additionally, in the Walmart app there is no link to file a damage claim for the product. It only states that you have 48 hours to submit a claim, but the only option available is to return the item.

Ordered the freezer for my 70 year old mother. It arrived with a dent in the door and Walmart offered for me to return it to the store even after I told them I live in a different city and my mom can't get it to Walmart. The return policy only allowed 2 days from the date of delivery to return it, there is no way I could've got it moved by then. I even asked for a discount since it was damaged but they wouldn't agree to that either. The dent isn't very large but when I pay for a new item I would like for it not to be damaged.

I'm really disappointed with the cooler I received. It arrived with multiple big damages This completely defeated the purpose of ordering it, especially since I needed it urgently to store fresh meat the same day. Because of this, I lost time, energy, and had to deal with unnecessary stress trying to figure out what to do with the meat. A cooler is supposed to protect items, not create more problems. I expected better quality and proper handling during delivery. This experience has been frustrating and inconvenient. I hope the company improves their packaging and quality control so this doesn't happen to others.

Do not buy this product. My experience with Walmart customer service has been extremely frustrating and dishonest. An agent originally promised partial refund and even provided a reference number, which is why we decided to keep and start using the freezer instead of returning it. When I followed up, another agent said the only refund available was $50 and claimed the previous agent was wrong. This puts the customer in a very unfair position because we relied on what Walmart's own representative told us. Customers should be able to trust the information given by customer service. Unfortunately, Walmart refused to honor what was promised, which is very disappointing.

Do not purchase. Arrived damaged. Walmart is unable to pickup (despite delivering it to my home) and is unable to process a refund. The only provided option was to return the freezer to the store. The freezer does not fit within my vehicle. Walmart told me to dispute the purchase with my financial institution. This is completely unacceptable.

Item was delivered damaged and will return so no feedback on if the freezer works well or not. It's horrendous dealing with Walmart and Fed Ex on trying to get customer service on the phone. It's only Ai and they are unwilling to get a representative on the phone to handle the return or discuss the damaged freezer. Walmart has lost a customer for life. I paid full price for a New Freezer but received a damaged and dented freezer instead and no help in resolving this issue.

I only would not recommend. Because, of the cosmetic damage which I can tell did not occur during delivery the box was intact, once the item was unboxed. Looks like something heavy was dropped on top of it, as well as another side of it has a dent, and it was covered by the store manufacture label. When I reached out, I was told I had to re-box it and personally commute to the store to return it when the item was delivered to me.

Product arrived damaged and completely unusable. I've been trying to return it for the past two weeks, and customer service has been absolutely useless - no resolution, no clear answers, just constant delays. At this point, it feels like they're intentionally making the return process difficult. Really frustrating experience and a waste of time. I would not recommend buying from here.

item was damaged upon delivery. you could tell the item had already been damaged prior to getting off the truck bc the box was damaged where there is damage in the unit. T he damages on the unit arw all on the back and top of the unit. when i contacted Walmart within 30 minutes of delivery , the only option is to return i had to get a freight pick up scheduled as i cannot lift the item myself and i also do not have a way to take it back to store. im very dissappointed and upset aboht this experience. i was looking forward to my deep freezer. i do NOT RECOMMEND ordering this fro. Walmart. i would go through a better store that actually cares about the quality of products being delivered. Walmart could care less. or thats the impression i got from this experience. im still waiting for the freight to come pick up the item , of course they dont have any schedultled time frames so your just at their beckoning call, bc who has lives and work schedules , when we have to wait for them to get the itmes they delivered damaged. If the item had been delievered undamaged i feel it would have met my needs. im not sure if it works , since i did not want to use the item incase they say "oh its used we cant return it now " they do not have a option to replace the damaged item
