The review title is a quote from my wife. We are both very impressed with this yoga mat. She uses it daily and has owned many mats from many manufactures. Good features: 1) Extra long compared to many other mats 2) holds you securely in your yoga position (keeps your elbows from sliding out during certain yoga positions) 3) Nice and thick padding 4) Mat stays put on carpet (does not slide around easy)

Very think mat which is perfect for me. Just started adding yoga at the end of my workouts and this mat has been a godsend. I have been using it outside in the mornings on my concrete patio and don't feel the hard concrete at all. The bottom of it has kept up against the concrete as well.

This mat is so nice. It measures 5ft 8inches tall (68 inches total) and is just shy of 1/4 inch thick. It's very comfortable for yoga and rolls back up nicely. My only complaint is that it doesn't come with a carrying case but that's not a huge deal. I highly recommend this athletic/yoga mat

Getting on and off the floor to workout can be difficult for us older folks. Having a mat is helpful especially if it's a thicker mat that provides a little cushion. This mat is thick enough to give you the extra comfort you need on a bare floor or a carpet. It doesn't slide and gives you a grip on the floor. When rolled up it is about 3 pounds. I highly recommend this mat over the thinner ones.

Fits in the van perfectly. Using as floor cover. Now able to crawl inside without killing the knees.

I use this for core exercises whenever I work out at home and it has held up far better than the yoga mat it replaced. It stays in place and provides padding so I can comfortably work out.

I was very impressed by the quality of this mat. It's very durable, comfortable to do my workouts on, and rolls up easily to put away or transport. It wipes off easily and I would suggest this mat to anyone.

Overall, this is a pretty good yoga mat. It provides a lot of support for my yoga and floor workouts indoors. I feel like my knees, back, and ankles are much more taken care of. It seems durable as I don’t have any holes in it or anything after numerous workouts. It is simple to roll up and store when it isn’t in use. It is light and easy to carry and transport. My only complaint about it is that the mat does slip on the floor some when I am exercising. Overall, it is a good mat that is well made and I would recommend, it just moves a bit on our wood floors.

I am using this mat in my home gym for adding cushion to the top of my wood floors. It's not too thin and not too thick...kinda just perfect. It's a good length and width...plenty of room for the average person. One item of note: it does not come with a strap, tie or anything to keep it rolled up, so be sure you have your own strap or bag for carrying if you plan to be mobile with it.
