I take one pill one hour before I break my fast and one hour before my last meal of the day. I am never hungry and I don't crave sugar all the time now. I lost 7 lbs the first week and average one to two pounds a week after. Understand, this product does not burn fat! It is a hunger suppressant. You still have to put in the work.

this product is very helpful with appetite control without any jitters. it takes about 30 minutes for the hunger pangs to subside. its worth its price and will continue to use and would recommend to family and friends

I really wanted caralluma to help me, but it unfortunately does not. Still, I am glad that I tried it (and would encourage others to test for themselves) because I don't know what might work with my body otherwise. Perhaps I have a medical issue going on that is beyond the capacity of this supplement.
