I use this in my coffee, it requires 1 tablespoon per dose. I use 1/2 tablespoon per dose as it makes my coffee taste burnt if I use a whole. otherwise it's great. I have found I have more energy and I don't feel as if I am dragging through my day.

It tastes awful. It doesn't mix AT ALL with any liquid, hot or cold. It would be better in capsules.
