This artichoke bruschetta is my absolute weakness. It never makes it onto a sandwich because I tear the cover off and use the nearest implement to eat it straight from the jar. It's not just tasty; it's also nutritious and high in fiber. In fact, I have to stop myself at half the jar if I don't want to be on the throne all night
This Better Goods artichoke bruschetta is fabulous. I usually buy 2 jars at a time. We put it on crackers and rice cakes for a snack. I also use it in potato dishes to jazz them up. It also goes well with spinach. I have used it mixed with vegan cream cheese as a crudite dip.
I ate this with lightly toasted baguette, and a bit of extra seasoning because I'm a glutton for salt. It's tasty, but I think there might be more exciting things to do with it perhaps on sandwiches or some pasta. Maybe in a pasta salad with tomatoes, cubed salami and mozzarella? And can we discuss the jar? I'm of the age where I enjoy a nice jar. When you're done with it you can put your stuff in it.
I really enjoyed this. I ate it with some jalapeño Ritz crackers. I think that there is a lot of possibilities for this… I think it would be great on a charcuterie board. I want to try and make a pasta with it. I think I could throw in some wilted spinach and cheese and have a pretty quick spinach dip. If you don't like artichokes, this is definitely not going to be for you If you are an artichoke fan through and through, you probably would like it The one thing that may not be the best is if there is an oil in it and some people do have sensitivities to that. Sometimes I can taste in and very unhappy with oils and things, but this was good. Would also be a great spread on a sandwich
absolute delicious in my opinion, better than the name brand. Currently at an excellent price point the better goods line from Walmart So far so delicious
Bettergoods brand has a unique variety of products. I have tried this on a Grilled Chiabata roll and it was very European tasting. If you like Artichokes you will dance 🩰 with joy when you eat this
this is a great hack for holiday gatherings put on hearty multigrain crackers or crunchy baguette slices add a slice of avocado and a pimiento, caper or an olive slice. delicious and versatile already prepped just add your own flair. they're also great with bit of cheese on top like havarti or brie or cheddar, even a smoked gouda.
I was looking forward to trying this.i love all the Better goods products so far, but this has some very tough pieces of stems and leaves. it was like eating pieces of straw or sticks. I guess they used older tough artichokes for this spread. don't think I would buy again.
Lacked WARNING label DO NOT EAT UNLESS YOU HAVE MORE TIME THAN YOU SPEND EATING IT TO PICK OUT ALL THE INEDIBLE ARTICHOKE STRANDS FROM BETWEEN YOUR TEETH which were supposed to be cut off %26 discarded instead of included. Would not try the bettergoods Authentic Italian Artichoke %26 Lemon Pesto based on this bettergoods artichoke experience but just noticed the pesto is made in Italy where those serving something like the bettergoods Artichoke Bruschetta would receive capital punishment and Dante would have had eating their own bettergoods Artichoke Bruschetta for eternity without ever being able to use any dental floss.
I ordered several bottles of this because I like artichoke bruschetta. The problem was with the packing. Almost every bottle arrived leaking oil. Walmart did, to there credit, refund me money and even tried to replace the item free. But the bad packaging, which appeared responsible somehow compromising the vacuum seal persisted. I suggest they be very careful packing this....
