Easy to modify to make lots of deserts
If you add canned pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice, some swerve or honey, then make a cream cheese frosting with vanilla and swerve, it is so moist and taste like a really good cake.

Better than the other "Brand"
Made cupcakes with this and they turned out wonderfully. The other brand yellow cake mix had a texture more like cornbread. Will definitely buy again and reccomend to others!

too much sweetener
Would be the perfect mix if it wasn't so sweet it has too much sweetener sadly. Love the company just not this mix wont be purchasing again.

Did Not Live Up To the Birch Bender Name!
Had to try this and was excited to try it. Unfortunately it fell short of my Birch Benders expectations. The cooking process is easy and simple. Just add eggs oil and water, mix well and put in pan. Here is where the trouble starts. For $6.99 they dont give you very much to work with. They say on the directions you can use anywhere from an 8" to 10" pan. Highly recommend the 8" pan as I said they provide little mix to work with so the smaller the pan the higher the cake. I used the 9" and it ended up being about an inch thick. Pretty disappointing. Didn't rise much at all. What little it rose, it depleted when I let it cool and removed from pan. Now as for the taste. It was ok for a Keto friendly cake. The Birch Benders icing was also just ok. It satisfied the sweet tooth without having to look for something else, but left a bit to be desired. Very disappointed in the amount of ingredients supplied. Makes very little cake for $6.99. Add a second bag for a second layer and the icing(also $6.99) and your at $21.00. Absolutely not worth it.

Horrible
I wanted to love this so bad but it tastes like pure almond flour and the frosting is no better. They both have a horrible after taste I threw them both away

nasty after just one bite
looks like the real thing and the texture is good but has a nasty nasty aftertaste after just one bite! and im used to stevia and erythritol
