Burns Hot and Long
I typically get Kingsfore charcoal when I want to bbq. I can across the Blues Hogs charcoal while browsing. Since I've tried a few of their bbq sauces and was pleased, I figured I'd give their charcoal a shot, and I was not disappointed. The charcoals burn hot and long. And usually when I'm done, I can reuse about half of them for my next bbq. The flavor is nice and smoky. I'm definitely glad that I gave them a shot!

I really like using this charcoal when cooking steak. Cooks dead on every time. The only thing I don't like is I'll get bags here and there that aren't full of solid bricks. A quarter of the bag is charcoal dust which is worthless. Hope to see improvements in future purchases.
