Western 500 CU in Mesquite Smoking Wood Chunk Box CS

The only downside of this product is that it's in a box with a flimsy handle, and once it tears, your wood chunks are lost. Like me, I ordered online (WALMART ) for delivery, and they came nearly half empty. Aside from that, the wood chunks are GREAT, which is why I gave it 5 STARS!!! Just drop 2-3 chunks in your grill (I have a vertical smoker) and you're good to go!

The wood burns well, has a wonderful smell. The burn lasts a good time for a while for a small smoke, but adding more as always if you're using it for a bigger smoke. The taste in the burgers I made were absolutely fantastic.

Used it with my smoker… I add charcoal to the wood chucks… but I didn't add enough … next time I will add more…. To ensure I get the result I desire… wonderful flavor and it's smells delicious

Very hearty wood, use sparingly if the creosote flavor isn't your vibe. Make your neighbors think you're hosting your own Texas bbq. Affordable and good quality

My only grips is aa lot of the chunks are a little too big. Problem easily solved though because I just split the big chunks with a hatchet. The amount of smoke they produce is great, as is the flavor. Buy with confidence!

The only issue was customer service. I went inside instead of it being deliver to my vehicle due to purchasing other products. The lady at the pick counter told me they did not have pick up. I explained to her my situation and she seemed extremely not caring and continued on her phone doing what ever. I then found an attendant to assist me and received my product in about another 10 minutes.

The Hardwood Chunks are more cost effective then the chips, when used in a smoker, but don't give off as much smoke then the chip, as they burn a little slower. I found I could split the chunks a little finer, so they were bigger then the ready made chips, so lasted a little longer but would burn and produce more smoke, quicker then the larger chunks. I like the variety of hard woods and like to experiment with different woods to get different tastes.

Great chunks but a bit too big, had to cut then down to use them in big chief smoker, once down burned very nice

When we smoke turkey or lamb, thus is our goto wood. It works prefect everytime. Adds a great flavor and smokes evenly.

Great price for this cooking/smoking chunks . Plus free delivery you can't beat it . I just throw a couple pieces in with charcoal while cooking . Makes for that Texas Roadhouse or other western steak house taste . A A A A A GET YA SOME !!!
