Healthy for me and tasted good too!
I can probably get it cheaper at the COOPs that re over 100 miles away. I Love this product! More texture than oatmeal . I cook it fast in the microwave and enjoy it on the cold mornings. Sweeten often with maple sugar from local producers. I like Bob's Mill products I can trust them to be the same every time.

10 grain bread
I used this 10 grain pk. to make 10 grain bread and my family LOVED it. if you are a bread maker try YouTube bread making: Robin on the Farm for the 10 grain bread recipe, it's wonderful.

This cereal is great. I use it to make multigrain sour dough bread and it works wonderfully. I love it.

Walmart advertises this item for $4.51 each on their website, so I ordered 6, for a Walmart quoted total of $27.06. My Credit card was instead charged $68.74!
