I am always looking for new bread recipes. As a result, I try new ingredients on a regular basis. Bob's Red Mill never disappoints. The company's 10 grain bread mix combines the different wheats for me. The flour is slightly crumbly because not all the grains are pulverized. The result is a very tasty, slightly resistant to the bite, loaf of bread.
i like the fact that a machine does quality work with me just putting the mixture into the machine and that is all I do and then just wait for it
This mix worked well in my new bread machine. Had to search their website for direction to is in a machine… they weren't on the package
Comes close to 'artisan' bread. I add sunflower seeds, prepare the dough in bread maker, then bake it(shaped in round loaf) in oven 350 for 30 min.
The taste was much better than i thought it would be. Sweet and hearty. Will purchase a gain.
It tasted full and Granny just like I had hoped.
I have been using this bread mix for years and I love it. I have a good bread maker and the bread is phenomenal. The price has gone up recently but it is cheaper at Wal-Mart than anywhere else.
I ordered 3, paid for 3, and received 2. I contacted Walmart thru chat and got absolutely nowhere. I think I was communicating with a computer, but who knows. I requested that the third item be shipped. After wasting around 20 minutes, I told the machine or person bye and left.
I don't care how good it is for you . It's a mix so it's going to have the same ingredients a better quality bread at the store would have and I would never consider paying twelve bucks for a log of bread ! I'm bewildered ! I thought this would make at least two !
I opened my supposedly complete 10 grain bread mix package to make a loaf to find NO yeast!! How you make bread with NO yeast. Next had better have yeast in it or you can forget me!! Ralph
