I recently made a cornbread with the Bob's Red Mill Medium Grind Cornmeal. It was delicious! The medium grind cornmeal gives the cornbread a great texture. It is a high quality product. We are never disappointed with the results. I will definitely continue to purchase this product and highly recommend it to you.

I Highly Recommend -- Great Product, made some Corn Muffins as soon as it arrived and they were perfect. Had a balanced corn flavor and the texture was excellent, soft and moist and not at all doughy Looking forward to using it in my next loaf of Corn Bread. The fact that this product is GMO Free makes it that much better.

The best all purpose corn meal on the market! Makes lump free polenta with the best taste. Makes the best corn bread with the chewiness and crunchyness needed. Makes the best hush puppies. Provides the better sliding surface for pizza in the oven. Also excellent for gluten free diets!

Love all of Bob's Red Mill products. We have used the pancake mix for years and recently have been buying gluten free items as well. Consistently good quality with no bugs. Was always happy to see Bob's section in the grocery store. Now have to order, but have had prompt, accurate service.

You folks have done it again! A delicious medium grind stoneground cornmeal! My “secret” tricks for a great tasting cornbread are adding a few Tbs. of bacon grease along with grass fed butter, a small can of chopped green chilies and 3/4 cup hard cheese of your liking cubed into 3/8”-1/2” pieces.!! You'll never go back!!

Highly recommend Bob's Red Mill Medium Grind Cornmeal. Makes a delicious cornbread, moist and tender. I have been using Bob's for at least 15 years and they make wonderful products. 1 cups Bob's Cornmeal, 1 cup flour, 1 c buttermilk, 1/4 oil, 4 teaspoons baking powder and 1 egg. Bake at 425 degrees in an 8 or 9 inch pan. Bake for about 17 to 20 minutes depending on your oven. Cast iron works best put a little oil in the bottom and a few sprinkles of cornmeal will make a nice crust.
