These weights are great for a larger person. I am small so they covered my entire calf which made walking unwieldy. No problem with the product, just too large for me.

Very impressed with the construction of these ankle weights. I am going to physical therapy currently and these ankle weights help me with my home therapy regimen. I like that I can change how many pounds each weight has, from 1 pound to 5 pounds. The pockets that the weights sit in are snug and secure so they don't slide out during the therapy session.

These are perfect to add a little extra weight when doing a treadmill or just walking throughout the day. They are easily adjustable if you want to add more weight while exercising or walking. They stay in place while exercising, also very comfortable against your skin or clothing. They can adjust to fit my husband very easily. I would purchase this well-made item again for someone else as a gift.

These pair of ankle weights are great for strength training for various leg exercises. Made of quality neoprene material with adjusting Velcro straps and customizable weights by adding removable 1 lb. individual weights. They are comfortable to wear and makes the workout experience much better. Physical therapy person recommended to buy as a great way to regain strength after complete knee surgery.

I was shock that they were as good as they said and more. It seems as every company is looking for a way to make everything cheaper and charge the people more money. I could decrease the weights which was great because I'm fighting to regain strength in my legs. I can use them on water, land or air. OK, just kidding about the air. They do not help you fly in the air. But they have put me on track to regain my strength. The weights are easy it to take out, I just tried to put them back in for these comments. I found out how smart the design is and how easy it was to put 2 pounds back on because it was where the strap was loose and you tighten it when you put them on. nothing falls out, this is well made. Now the 3rd weight was the hardest. I had taken 3 pounds out. But I can tell you it's worth it You can not beat this price for these kinds of weights. I did get the 3rd one back in. I felt like I got a bang for my buck with these . And they were worth it. I very seldom feel like that now days.

Materials are tough and well-made. The Velcro straps are not going to wear out or come loose anytime soon. The 1-pound bags of lead shot are not going to break open. The beef I have is with how difficult it is to change the weight. The bags of lead shot are hard to get in and out of their pockets. You will want to keep the same weight for multiple workouts.

You can put between 1 and 5 lbs on each belt using the five 1 lb. weights. I highly recommend this product if you are going to adjust once and leave each belt at that weight for a while. If you are going to adjust the weight often it will be a pain. It is very difficult to remove or add back the 1 lb weights.

The ankle weights feel cheaply made and not very durable. The Velcro loses grip quickly and doesn't stay secure during workouts. The weights shift around, making exercises uncomfortable and distracting. Sizing is awkward and doesn't fit well on ankles or wrists. The material feels stiff and rubs against the skin. Adjusting the weight is more annoying than convenient. After limited use, they already show wear. Overall, not worth the price for serious training.

I have mobility issues so I got these to do my exercises. I also have neuropathy in my hands and cannot stretch the top over the individual weights to remove them. All of the weights are put in so I cant use them. What is wrong with good old velcro????
