Caffeine free!
Before I bought this green, I took green tea mostly for the healthy caffeine benefit and took any green tea. Since I've been working on sleep health I opted for Bronson caffeine free and it's helped me eliminate caffeine completely from my diet. I also take it for the fat burning effect. I eat very healthy and am active at 53 years old but every little bit helps.

This is the best product offered by Bronson! I love that the green tea is decaffeinated - I waited a LONG time for these and I'm glad they're back.

Will reorder.
We take 1 capsule around 8pm %26 it helps with sugar levels. My wife always used green tea to get rid of the hot flashes after her breast cancer surgery while taking the hormone blocker cancer medication.

Caffeine free green tea
I have been pleased with this product. I've only been taking it for about a month at the advice of my practitioner, but I believe it is working. It does not keep me up at night, but I'm getting all the antioxidants I need! I will be purchasing more.
