This is a great supplement to help those with sleep issues. Both my husband and I have taken it for years and it definitely helps. The amount suggested in this brand is perfect...no side effects, just help with falling asleep. It also does not give you a hungover feeling in the morning. Definitely recommend!

This is my first time L-tryptophan but I needed something to help me sleep that wasn't Benadryl. I already take other supplements- magnesium and ashwagandha so this fit in nicely. I've taken it for about 2 weeks now and I've slept really well. It helps me to fall asleep and stay asleep. I was really glad to find this on Wal-Mart - got it for a good price too. I haven't noticed any side effects so it's great value.

They don't have taste BUT if they help my dementia I'll be happy

I use this primarily as a sleep aid and it works reasonably well. I take two at bedtime and I believe they do help me sleep better.

I have tried quite a few different supplements to help and this by far has worked the best with improving my mood in such a short time. I take it in the morning. Drinking a good glass of water helps them go down.

The LABEL HAS BEEN CUT OFF AT BOTTOM SO IMPOSSIBLE TO SEE THE EXPIRATION DATE. Walmart has consistently failed on too many of my orders in 2026. THEIR NEW PATTERN TO CORRECT MOST ISSUES SUCH AS SENDING or DELIVERING WRONG PRODUCT, NOT SENDING THE PRODUCT AT ALL, ETC IS LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS PROMISE TO CREDIT BACK MONEY %26 THEN 2 DAYS LATER AN EMAIL ARRIVES FROM WALMART SAYING THEY WILL DO NOTHING. SO THIS HAS HAPPENED 6 TIMES IN 2026. SO IM NOT EVEN GOING TO BOTHER CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE THIS COMPANY NO LONGER HAS INTEGRITY. PRIOR TO 2026 I LOVED THIS COMPANY. I ORDER MANY SUPPLEMENTS %26 I ALREADY PLACED 5 NEW ORDERS WITH WALMARTS TOP COMPETITOR. THIS 1 PRODUCT WAS THEIR LAST CHANCE. I WILL ATTEMPT TO CALL BULK SUPPLEMENTS TO SEE IF THEY WILL HELP ME.
