This little dumbbell is easy to use and does the job. It's small, easy to change the weights, and really convenient to have. There are a couple of items I wanted to mention. I felt the price was a bit high for just one dumbbell. The grip area can be small for bigger handers. The weights are really good quality and easy. I wish it was a little easier to distinguish the weight segments so you can easily see the weight you are added/subtracting from the handle.

So easy to adjust the weights, good grip and good quality. Multiple people in our house use these weights and they work for each person. Great for a home gym. I would recommend.

It is so great this items. It is very comfortable for my hands. I highly recommend this item for sure.

The compact size makes these very easy to use and to store. The soft grip is easy on the hands. Changing weights is easy but takes quite a few turns to screw in or unscrew. Not a big deal, but the paint chips off easily even without the weights touching anything but carpet. Overall recommended for light workouts and conditioning.

I bought a pair but had to replace one twice. One of the two dumbbells had the weights screwed on too tight so it was impossible to unscrew. Two replacements later and I'm still having the same issue. I'm debating returning everything and giving up. I don't want to, they're good quality otherwise.

These worked as expected. Easy to use and store. Just what I needed.

Enjoyed the padded grip, but the screw-on / off extra weights sometimes came loose, which is a pain when you are using them.
