Good effective ingredients, easy to swallow. Helps me to get all my vitamins for the day in one easy pill. Doesn't have a taste too. There are also a lot in the packaging so good value for money.

It was really easy and simple a bit large though but good my biggest gripe is it took so long to get here! a month and a half!

Dose: 1 pill daily with a meal (food) Thick pink chalky tablets, that must be kept in the bottle & stored at room temperature. Typically 120 in each bottle, but sometimes have extra.
