As long as you put the sliced side of thr bagel facing out, they are perfect. The bagel setting is wonderful. The only thing I would chance is thr ability to mute the sound when the toast is done. it sounds like another appliance and can be confusing.

I’ve been searching for a good basic 2 slice toaster. I feel that I found it. Hopefully this toaster will work for a long time like the toaster (different brand) that I had from 1976😂😂.because appliances aren’t made to last a long time nowadays. If it doesn’t I’ll edit my review but so far I toasted 2 frozen slices of whole grain bread and it came out perfect! Love the multiple settings as well as the wide openings especially for bagels. I think that I found a gem!

I bought this toaster as a gift for my friend but i liked it so much i kept it myself and got her something else. LOL. Great features and sleek design, even an alarm to signal toasting is done!

I've always been disappointed with toasters because they never seem to toast the bread completely. Enter this one. It gives perfectly toasted bread every time. It has several settings which a touch operated, and there is a digital timer showing how long until the toast is completed. It also has a fairly loud signal that alerts you to the toast being done so you'll know your toast is ready even if you are in another room.

I love the setting choice and it turn perfectly toasted they way you want it to be. I definitely would recommend this toaster.

I bought one for myself and my sister saw it and loved how nice it looked, the features of choosing the amount of toasting you want. So I purchased one for her this Christmas. Personally, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

After reading many, many reviews of toasters of all kinds on numerous sites, and finding that their overall quality is unreliable at best, I settled on this one because the reviews were "not too bad" . How about that for a standard. I took out the toaster and tried it for the first time. And what happened? NOTHING. Welcome to the world of today's toasters.

This toaster roasted 2 pieces of toast and then quit working. Seemed like something might have been loose. I loved how it looked and that you could choose the doneness but what good is that if it doesn't work.
