Excellent bike but it's super tall. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter who's just about 5ft tall, and unfortunately even tiptoeing she struggles to get on and off. But nonetheless, great bike!
I bought this e-bike about 3 months ago for my 11 year old. I thought setup was fairly easy but the more we rode it, the more I would notice things were not assembled correctly. After a few days of some tweaks and making parts fit, we finally had a solid e-bike. A few days later the very cheap low quality tires popped. After about 2 months the speedometer stopped working but everything else seems to work fine. Im still okay with my purchase because of the price being very reasonable. I would recommend having someone who knows about bike assembly set it up for you. Other than that, it's great going steep uphill as an 180 lb adult and battery life is decent. Charging time is average.
its been 3 months and son loves it. he has a 5 mile ride to school and it holds a charge for 4 days. it loses a charge faster in a head wind...he found that out the hard way.
Alr let me be real assembly is cool easy the directions just not as clear as you would think so but it's typically a easy to put together battery lasts long time just don't tire with it on the 3rd level (highest level) for to long it will drain the battery nice tired handle bar sturdy good speed overall nice build so yea
This is more of a review of the company that made the bike than the bike itself but I got it and the friction plate on the handlebars was worn down and the back tire wasn't properly set in the wheel. A $700 plus week waisted. Fortunately was able to take it back but please I beg the company focus more on getting proper parts fitted right and not whatever I got was.
Ordered this for my 10year old for Christmas. It came damaged. Walmart expects me to return it somehow. It doesn't fit in a vehicle. It's been a task to get my money back and or have them send someone to pick it up. My son's Christmas was definitely ruined. Unsure if the damage came from the factory but it was extra to have someone come out and put it together. They were paid to open the box and tell me and my son that it's damage I have to stop here. Walmart. Send help
My sons bike disc brake broke off the wheel. Cheap metal broke away one day when he applied the brakes. I wase outside with him when it happened and he was not doing anything other than stopping. I have been trying for several weeks to get it repaired with no success. The seller Southern wolf does not respond(I tried to leave a review about them but Walmart says they cant verify I purchased it from them even though the review link was on their site from my purchase) I reached out to Walmart and I spent 40 minutes on the phone and the guy said he got Walmart to approve a refund. never saw the refund so I called back a week later and the other agent told me he lied they cant give refunds on 3rd party products. They gave me a phone number and email to Colorway the manufacturer and they did not respond, so I have a bike that cannot be used because it has no brakes. My advise is do not buy this bike as it is a throw away for several hundred dollars and Wal-Mart will not help you with it.
The bike was delivered but defective. Although I paid for everything through Walmart (bike, warranty, and assembly) it was a nightmare trying to get a refund. I still have not received the assembly fee refund yet. It's been almost 4 months. They want me to go through the assembler, even though I paid Walmart directly for this service. Also, in order to return it, I had to pay for someone to disassemble the bike and repackage it. Think twice before purchasing a large item from Walmart. Very disappointing that Walmart could not do a better job to protect customer purchases. And stay away from this bike.
I bought this bicycle for my son in December and 3 months later was not working at all. One month after the purchase we started to have issues with this. I contacted Walmart and they told me to contact the manufacturer but they never replied me. I don't recommend this product .
I bought 2 of these for my sons for Christmas and by February they were falling apart, by March they were completely unrideable. Fenders flew off, pedals BROKE off, brakes replaced twice, and the list goes on. Customer service will not return any calls. If I could give zero stars I would. Don't waste your money.
