This has been very helpful with my sensory axonal poly neuropathy. I take it twice daily, recommended by my neurologist. I used to feel my feet "buzzing" all the time, no matter where i was i could feel the tingle. Now it is rare. I have been taking it for years. It has other benefits as well, but for my purpose this is why i take it. I like Doctors Best because of the quality of the product and most important, the results. This is is a vegan product which aligns with my philosophy. I am not a scientist, so not sure of the ingredients, just know that i trust Doctors Best based on the results.

The quality of doctors best is trusted. It has additional biotin in the ingredients. I don't know why it is added but if you are taking multi vitamins etc biotin is already added there. I will not buy it again because of biotin. Other than that good packaging and good size.
