I haven’t had this bike for very long but I can imagine only falling in love with it more. It’s came to me very quickly I am very pleased, but make a note, the basket comes in a separate box from a different place, but the sellers send you an email to give you the tracking numbers. I can’t say anymore than I truly love it and feel I will always be happy I decided to buy it!

Was thrilled after putting it together with i's quality. It's such a nice looking bike. Being a 70 year old lady I need a little help sometimes getting back from my destination. The electric battery does the trick. The size and style is perfect. Where were bikes like this in my youth.

Great design. Very comfortable to ride. I ride on assit level one most of the time. I have gone 15 miles (on level ground) and still had half the battery charge.

Assembly can be a pain of you have a husband that doesn't like to read directions. The pictures pf assembly are terrible. But, we figured it out and the bike is adorable! I'd buy again!

Pieces began to break after 30 day return window was up. Screw holes began to strip out, as well. Fenders broke off after first month of regular riding. 1 year Warranty is weak, they won't repair anything, only send a part. Which doesn't help when it's a major component and bike needs taken apart. For the $500 you can get a much better quality, higher power E-bike here at Walmart online. I recommended the “AC BEST” e-bike. Cost even less and everything is better about it. I wish I'd bought that one, but I'm stuck with this lower quality bike now, which I paid $550 for. I bought this for the step-through shape and bike basket features, but I wish I'd just bought a wicker bike basket separate. This metal bike basket doesn't even hold up so I had to take it off (screw holes not strong enough to hold weight of basket for very long).

This is an inexpensive Class 2 eBike. This means that is is limited to 20 MPH with pedal assist. A more expensive Class 3 eBike would be limited to 28 MPH with pedal assist. All eBikes are limited to 20 MPH with their throttle, so you can go up up to 20 MPH without pedaling. This bike comes in 2 packages. The main package includes the bike. The second package is for the front basket. This bike is difficult to assemble for someone not familiar with bikes. There is an online video they provide showing how to put everything together, but it is still difficult. I had to adjust the front and rear brakes to keep them from rubbing. The rear brake still rubs a little, but there seems to be nothing I can do about it, as I have adjusted it to the max. But it is very minor now and does not impact the speed of the bike. My bike was missing a nut on the rear brake handlebar assembly. This does not seem to be an issue, provided the bolt does not come out. But with vibration of riding, it may become an issue later. The front fender is difficult to adjust properly. It is cheaply made and does not hold shape well. I could not get it adjusted to keep it from rubbing the front tire. To solve the issue, I ended up punching a hole in the front of the fender and zip tying it to the front basket, to keep it properly raised off the wheel. My rear tire inner tube had a slow leak that turned into a fast leak after about a week. Upon inspecting the tube, the hole was on the inside of the tube, where the tube was against the metal of the wheel, not the rubber of the tire. I checked the metal for spurs or something that could have caused a puncture and there was nothing. I also checked the tire to see of there was anything lodged in it that could puncture the tube and found nothing. So not sure how the inner tube could have gotten punctured. It must have been a factory issue. Overall, for the money, I think it is a solid Class 2 eBike. You can work around the flaws. Just expect it to be frustrating to assemble and configure initially. After that, it is fun to ride.

It a very nice bike however the rear bracket is bent. The rear fender is also bent. The brakes on the right side doesn't work. The throttle gets jammed.

Disappointing both in product and service. The bike did arrive in the time that was scheduled with the exterior of the box in good condition. But some of tools to put the bike together were missing and the instructions were not always clear. Both fenders were warped due to how they were packed and as a result do not stay on the bike or scrape the wheels. We have tried to return both through Walmart who we purchased the bike on line - the actual manufacturer gives no way to contact them.

"This item comes totally UNASSEMBLED. There are hundreds of parts and the video and instruction book are useless. No where did it say "assembly required". Don't buy this product unless you are mechanically inclined. I had to pay $125 to have the bike professionally assembled.

Beware of this company! They sell junk and when you want to return it they do their best to make it as difficult as possible. I am definitely contacting the BBB.
