Have used this product for years. Effective sleep aid without negative effects (grogginess, brain fog) on waking. Full 8 hours of sleep but can awaken and go back to sleep if necessary for bathroom, attend to kids, others. Everyone's body is different, so take that into consideration. Highly recommend.

I CHOOSE THIS BECAUSE THESE OVAL TABS ARE EASIER FOR METO SWALLOW. THIS PRODUCT WORKS AS EXPECTED I SOME TIMES CUT A TAB IN HALF FOR BRIEF REST ONE WHOLE TAB OR IF IM REALLY EXAUSTED AND CANT SLEEP (MISERABLE) I TAKE TWO. THEY WORK GREAT.

Your team members should be a bit more careful when substituting items. I had ordered the Equate Extra Strength Pain Reliever PM Acetaminophen 500mg and Diphenhydramine HCI 25mg Caplets. What was substituted was Equate Diphenhydramine HCl Nighttime Sleep-Aid Caplets which does not contain the Acetaminophen for the pain relief. I should look more carefully at the substituted.items next time.I'll keep what was sent and see if they will work for me. Thank you for such an invaluable service!

next time I wish I was told that the dog bones were not at the store so I could have selected something else because I have a puppy that needs to chew things and I don't have a vehicle because mine was totaled in a hit and run on Thanksgiving so I really wish I was told so I could pick another dog bone

If your already tired they seem to help some, but all in all there's better brands out there that do seem to help me more but everyone is different so

It was a little bit disappointing purchase. I normally buy similar product from CVS or Target and those are probably stronger because they make me sleep... and not this one.

I have taken over-the-counter sleep aid here and there for over 25-30 years. I flush this entire thing . First night started taking them when needed. My head started feeling wobbly very dizzy and unbalanced. I understand you get sleepy and tired with sleep aid but nothing like this. My husband also took some too and said the same exact thing. It was to the point I couldn't even hold my head up. It felt like everything was spinning. I swear there's something in these that they drugged us. We both immediately seen improvement after stopped taking. Very scary !!!!!Nothing like a sleep aid. I don't know what they put in these things, but it is definitely poison!
