As all vitamins /minerals they take weeks to get fully into your system. These have no side affects where some make me burp a lot.

not worth the price
i didn't realize this was to be taken with every meal. For the price, i actually like the regular Berberine better. It seems to curb my appetite more than this one.

Check with your doctor
I only took one pill with my largest meal for six days, Initially no reaction, but on the third day started feeling malaise with bad headaches an hour after eating, I thought I needed to get use to it. But on the fifth day I started feeling tingling in my hands and feet. On the six and final day I got a severe headache and swelling of my hands and feet. One day after discontinuing, the swelling has diminished as well as the tingling. This product may not be right for everyone?
