As all vitamins /minerals they take weeks to get fully into your system. These have no side affects where some make me burp a lot.

Much to Bitter!
Very disappointed with the bitter taste that stays on the tongue most of the day. I will NOT buy this product again. You must remove the bitterness. It overcomes the chocolate taste!
