Being diagnosed with a Vitamin D deficiency a few years back, I had to find an alternative to the prescription version that my insurance would not pay for. So, what was the alternative, Walmart of course! Once I saw an improvement in my Vitamin D level when my blood work results returned, I knew this supplement works as advertised. Imagine that!?!? My doctor told me I needed to take vitamin D3 so I ordered them from Walmart and I've been taking them and I'm hoping that they're gonna do whatever they're supposed to do which is bone density I believe she didn't really explain it but I take a multivitamin and a vitamin D and she she ordered it and told me to use vitamin D three so I'm trying it. I take a multivitamin every day and a vitamin D gummy and I don't know what else D3 will do but I'm trying it and I'll see it's something to do with my bone density so we'll see. Thanks Walmart.
