[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate that this is a whole food multivitamin and contains a very high amount (560 mg) of raw organic fruits and vegetables. Some multivitamins have outrageously high amounts of the recommended daily value, so I appreciate that this product is more in line with the actual recommended daily values. It also includes 40mg of a probiotic blend, which recent research has shown is extremely important for gut health and the microbiome. Please note though that the serving size is 4 capsules per day, so the 240 capsules is a 2-month supply. For anyone not familiar with Garden of Life, they are an extremely high quality supplement brand with multiple certifications, including Non-GMO, NSF, and B-CORP. Since taking these, I have noticed improved steady energy throughout the day.

He works alternating shifts and these vitamins are supposed to support energy health, which he desperately needs. They are also made without dairy or soy and that is also a plus for him. VitaminCode vitamins cover an array of fruits and vegetables I my husband is not receiving due to not eating as healthy as he should no matter how hard I try to get him to eat properly. All in all I think this product is 100% more effective than a regular men's multivitamin and I'm excited to see how they affect his health in the long run. I would most definitely recommend these to any male over 50 interested in a healthy multivitamin.
