[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to try out the Ghirardelli sweet ground cocoa in my next batch of brownies. I have to say, I found it made my brownies even taster, more decadent and enjoyable than when I use other cocoa. I've got this on my permanent DO NOT RUN OUT OF list because I can see me easily using it to replace my old brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family loves hot cocoa and is used to drinking those cheap, single serve, packages. We decided to give this a try and now there's no going back. This tastes so much better it's unbelievable. We've also used this to make brownies and they came out great. The first time we used a little too much (they were really sweet) but after that they've come out perfect every time.

I've been a fan of Ghirardelli's Sweet Ground Cocoa for years. It's indispensable for making a tiramisu that's not too sweet, but still has a nice chocolate flavor. It's also excellent as a streusel filling addition - use this in place of the brown sugar and cinnamon. But my primary use is making mochas - stir this in instead of sugar. Yeah, it's that good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Ghirardelli Premium Baking Sweet Ground Cocoa 10.5 ounces because I love to bake and cook and cook and make sweets. This is the first time I've ever used this and I really like it. This is a very high quality and very good baking sweet cocoa. I like that it has sugar already in it and I really didn't have to use any extra sugar. I used it in baking and stove top recipes both. They are good for all cocoa recipes whether it's on top of the stove or baking. It has a very good rich chocolate taste. I also made hot cocoa with it too. I will be using this premium cocoa from now on for my sweet recipes and for my hot cocoa too. The Ghirardelli Premium Baking Sweet Ground Cocoa 10.5 ounces is a very high quality and premium cocoa that I would highly recommend.

This is by far the best ever brownie mix. Most packaged brownie mixes require the use of vegetable oil as an ingredient and thus produces a very bad brownie. I have used this for years, even tho I live close by the factory, but has always been the, and I mean the BEST BROWNIE, ever. If you have not tried these before, it is a must for sure. Add it to your Bucket List. Enjoy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a huge chocolate lover and in the hot cocoa category, this is hands down the most delightfully sweet hot cocoa I have had using the Ghirardelli Premium Baking Sweet Ground Cocoa. Paired with some warm Oat milk, it was absolutely delicious!

I was looking on the site for Dutch cocoa, thinking Swanson would have it because it's alkalized and easier on the stomach than regular cocoa. To my amazement though, they sell this highly acidic, sugary version. Ew. What gives, Swanson? I've been a loyal customer for years, but you lost me on this one.
