GHIRARDELLI Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Premium Baking Chips, 10 oz Bag

I thought I had ordered mini chip because I like them as snacks. But regular chip came so I am enjoying them. Geradelli make the best!

I love these semi-sweet mini-baking chips. I even eat them by themselves at times, because they have such a delicious taste!

Ghiradelli chips in my opinion are the best quality over other brands that I have tried. I won't buy any other brand. However, this shipment must have sat outside in 100 degree weather for awhile. I order them on line because at my Walmart they are usually way past the best by date! I've never had a problem before, but this time they packed them underneath a 28# bag of dog food. Not only were they melted into a solid block, they also had the tale tale sign of discoloration. FYI, I also ordered the regular size chips and they were fine! Shipped in a different box, with other items.

We love Ghirardelli chocolate products. They are always delicious. My family loves these little mini-chips in our various flavors of home-made ice cream. Our nearest Walmart either doesn't order enough of them or just can't keep them in stock because we hardly EVER find them on the shelf. We always end up having to order them online and have them delivered. It's very annoying but we always DO finally get some.

These are easy to eat right out of the package. If you can wait a little, they work well in cookies, cupcakes, muffins, energy bites, and a lot of other goodies. The flavor is not that of dark chocolate, or milk chocolate, but very tasty. Ghirardelli is excellent quality. I also suggest trying their yummy brownie mixes.

Making huge batches of C.C.cookies during this pandemic has been the best for me and others! The big chips are too big and too sweet, but these are perfect and provide just the right taste! Youll be impressed if you try them.

My kids love this more than Hersheys. Great price when compare to the ones in the stores near my house. Would like to have this in Walmart next to my house.

The chips had melted together. They were in three or four chunks - not chips. We brought in in right away when they were delivered - it had happened earlier.

I'm rather disappointed. I bought these mini chocolate chips to go in my homemade cannolis. I LOVE Ghirardelli chocolate but unfortunately instead of a bag a mini chips I got one large chunk. At sometime they melted and re-solidified. If I knew I was going to have to chop chocolate for my cannolis I wouldn't have paid $6 .
