It works to help curb your appetite.
It works to help curb my calorie intake. Now I just need to work out. But this for sure helps me want to eat less. I am a woman in my early 40s, perimenopause. Been using this for maybe almost 3 weeks. Excited to see the results.

I have found these work, I had to find the right time to take them. 11am ish works for me since I don't need help in the am, more in the pm.

Definitely Suppresses Your Appetite
The first week I took one pill first thing in the morning and didn't have sugar or carb cravings nor did I want to eat all day. When I did eat, I was a small portion than I felt full. I started taking 2 pills start week 2 and felt the effects stronger. It made it easier to stick to the 16/8 IF schedule. I found that I needed to drink more water, because I also lost my desire to drink anything.
