Nest sensor and Thermostat is fantastic!
I've been searching for something like this for a long time. Our bedroom has a wide temperature variation because it is on the SW corner of the house and it gets the brunt of the wind and sun. This sensor in the bedroom keeps the temperature steady at night do we don't get too cold or hot.

My ratings and comments are in regards to the installation service I purchased for the Nest thermostat, not for the thermostat itself, nor for the Nest sensor.

Installed in with my Nest thermostat in a couple of minutes, my 3rd remote sensor and worked perfectly. i just wish the Nest software would me updated to use and average all my sensors instead of only using one at specific times.

A great addition to the Nest system. Worth it
The temperature sensor is small, beautiful, and works like a charm. It has really helped us see the difference in temperature on different levels of our house which has helped us even out the house temperature. Ultimately saving money and reducing hot/cold spots in our home.

Must Have!
My bedroom and husband's man cave are a few degrees hotter than the rest of the house. I put the sensors on a schedule, mainly for night time, and the rooms are no longer hot! Only downside to this is it does make the A/C run more, but definitely worth the purchase.

Easy to use, works well.
Used it upstairs in a two story with one thermostat. Simply switch to use the sensor at night to make sure upstairs stays comfortable. Get up, switch to your thermostat so downstairs stays comfortable. Easy to use on the thermostat as well as on the Nest app. Plus, no longer have to get up, go downstairs to change the temperature in the middle of the night when you get too hot.

So far, I like it all, so far. seamless connection with the nest learning thermo upstairs. using this one to monitor and control temp downstairs (dining area/kitchen) where it was monitored/controlled by the old thermo upstairs. time will tell how well it works/helps keep us comfortable/saves any money. good price and fast delivery from Walmart
