Great Value All-Purpose Unbleached Wheat Flour, 5 lb Bag

I always choose great value all purpose flour for baking because everything turns out well and it costs less than other brands. This time I tried unbleached and it also performs well. I had a baking session with my brother and sister and we made dozens of great cookies and I made bread for lunch today. I am very happy with this brand.

I recently used this flour to make a homemade cake and it was a success! 💕

Don't forget that i f you're using unbleached flour to make bread, be sure to add a little extra water to your recipe so that you get the same amount of rise as you would with bleached flour. (Have had great luck in having ChatGPT give me some great advice on how to tweak my bread recipes)

This is a great flour to bake with. I use it for all my breads and baking. I love the price and the fact that it's unbleached and not enriched. Definitely a good choice

I make my own bread and tried this for that purpose. I found this flour to do the same thing bleached flour. The bleached flour is processed with chemicals and this is not. All around this is healthier and costs the same as the bleached flour. My bread tasted the same with the same texture yet is healthier with the same crumb..

I like the flour because it bakes and fries well but I hate that the cheap bag was damaged and the flour seeped out. I'm unsure of which Walmart employee is responsible for the bag being damaged. The flour is decent to use for whatever purpose. I don't like the enriched synthetic vitamins that are added since they cause inflammation.

I like this flour, I just wish it was more all natural with less added random ingredients. I'd be much more likely to want to keep buying it if it were. Great price!

I ordered unbleached WHEAT flour. And I received all purpose unbleached flour. I really needed the unbleached WHEAT flour
