Great Value Butterscotch Baking Chips, 11 oz

These are too sweet for me but my husband loves to snack on them. I buy him baking chips because it's cheaper than candy bars, lol, but I also use these in brownies and cookies as well. There is definitely a quality difference between these and my beloved Ghirardelli chocolate but for genetic these are pretty great all around. I would recommend.

I have been purchasing these Great Value brand butterscotch morsels for years and I'm telling you they are as good as any name brand out there and less expensive! I mainly use these (chopped up in my mini chopper) in my coffee…YUMMY! Would highly recommend this brand!

In a side beside taste test, I cannot tell a difference from the top brands and the great value, so save some money and some hassle, (during the big baking seasons the name brands tend to run out) And I get it we tend to get conditioned to believe that we should only buy the name brand items. Do a blind taste test and see if people actually notice, most time they will not!

In my opinion these are for baking. I have used them for baking and they are very good in the baked items. The price is excellent. I haven't tried them as a snack and I don'[t think I would so I only gave one star for that.

Well we all know this bag chips isn't the best of quality and for the price I think it's expensive. But on the other hand these butterscotch chips are little waxy and don't melt down very well. But they still are cheaper than other brands.

Good. But sure would appreciate getting the rest of my order. If not then you had better pay the credit card back. It doesn't take a month to get an order procssed.

These butterscotch chips have a caramel-like flavor. I use them in several cookie recipes. I always get compliments and I can't tell a taste difference when compared with name brand chips. This is an Autumn baking essential.

“Contains about 2 cups” is prominently displayed on the front of the product. However, this is a lie. There are only 1.313 cups per the nutrition label. 21 servings, 1 serving is a tablespoon. The math is not mathing.
