HP All-in-One Desktop w/ 22" Monitor, Pentium J5040, 8GB, 128GB SSD, Black, 22-dg0013w

Bought for my elderly grandparents. They were able to set it up with little confusion and can use the computer with no issue. It's a nice set up for a home office and a good price. I will say running a business from home you may need some external equipment, and hard drive. It was slower than my business computer when using editing software. So if you're looking for a basic home computer this is great. Anything more advanced and you may have issues.

I absolutely love this computer. This was my first all in one computer and its wonderful. Now I will say this that when i set everything up the mouse and the keyboard didnt work despite having batteries for them. so i may have to get a new keyboard and mouse but i dont mind that.

Nice computer that I got for my neice for Christmas. She has had it now for 6 months and the only issue we had it when it overheated because she was on it too much. Even though I knew rhe size, when I opened the box even I was suprised at how small the screen was. Wouldn't recommend if you plan on using this for work. Would recommend as a starter computer for a child to simply play games and get on the internet.

Was delayed in shipping. When Iooked on web page, it said out of stock. I was really worried that I wasn't going to receive it. I bought this as a gift for my daughter's birthday. I must have called at least 4 times to track the order. I bought it at the same time as I bought the mouse pad. So when I tracked the computer shipping it would say it was delivered, but only the pad was delivered. Finally, I got a representative that told me what I wanted to hear. My order was out for shipping and I would receive a text when it was on the way. She was very good and true to her word. The delivery went without a hitch!!! It's a gift so I couldn't take pictures or comment on how it looked when put together.

What I thought was a great deal, wasn't. Extremely Slow, mouse and keyboard made out of very lightweight cheap plastic. Kept getting errors that I was doing too many things at a time. (I only had 1 tab open).

I know that product is great. I expect a National company like Walmart to have plenty of stock and quick access to more if they run out of stock! I won't be looking for Walmart for higher priced items in the future and will stick to low end groceries.

Walmart LIES. It sells a one-time "computer set-up" service for $49 that is nothing but a phone number. How does a phone number set-up a computer? Walmart LIES when it says it will deliver to the door when the package was left way out on the wrong porch and driver did not even ring bell. It could easily have been taken. Walmart REFUSES to take responsibility for forcing an elderly disabled person to drag a box into her home at great risk to her health. THANKS ANYWAY, WALMART

Good morning, the computer was sent back because it wasn't what we ordered and it belonged to someone else. I took it to the closest Walmart near me and I'm waiting for the refund back to my card. Can you tell me when that will be credited back to my card. It's been about a week now and it hasn't happened yet. Thank you.

PIECE OF JUNK. Had this for 5 months and it died. Went thru major hoops with HP to try and return for a refund. When I finally got to talk to someone (3 calls later). They told me they would pro-rate my refund. I paid $399 but only got back $266 . I will NEVER buy an HP product again. Rediculous when you buy a faulty product and do not get a full refund

Received my system today and the wireless keyboard will not power on the battery compartment doesn't properly secure the batteries for it to stay on and the wireless mouse doesn't connect as well highly disappointed with system will be returning this product
