I love HP and its wonderful for the price I paid. I am able to do my work. I love it! I recommend as a gift also because of the price. I love the color, and I love how it easily connected to my HP printer. It also automatically connected to all of my HP products.

Forced to replace my Windows 10 computer due to it's inability to upgrade to Windows 11. I was very happy with Windows 10 and find W11 slow and plodding. I like the All In One configuration and the product is functional, but a manufacturer putting a choke-hold on their own consumer with such a blatant and mean-spirited obsolescence has destroyed my opinion of Microsoft. I will do everything in my power not to purchase Microsoft products ever again due to their decision not to maintain one of their marquee products.

I returned this and never opened it only because it was a late delivery and didn't arrive in the 2-days as promised. I went and purchased a different HP All-in-One computer at Walmart which had a wireless keyboard and mouse and I am very happy with it and glad I returned this. The wireless is really nice.

The keys of the keyboard are too close to eachother, making it easy to hit the wrong key. The mouse doesn't always work and most of all, the computer arrived with a piece broken - the crucial piece that secures the screen to the stand! And after several emails, we were unable to have the piece replaced or fixed. Customer service was appalling.

worked well for 27 days day 28 scream got a black bar halfway down the side with blue lines through it like something hit it nothing did went to return it since it was within the 30 day return as per Walmarts policy and I got sorry you don't have the box any more we can't take it back even though I had the the part they wouldn't take it back they said I can't confirm that this is the right computer because the cereal numbers on the computer didn't match the keyboard well no kidding they are not the same thing thanks for nothing Walmart good to know you care about you customers hopefully I can get someware with hp themselves since Walmart only cares about money and not people

I received the computer and set up was easy/ The first couple of weeks i had no issues and I love all the features. Now the computer is extremely slow. Takes for ever to open programs. I wish i had gotten another laptop. This thing acts like its on dial up. Performance is terrible. Don't buy this uniit.

This has been worst computing experience ive ever had and I've been a network engineer for the last 18 years. I need to exchange this malfunctioning super slow pc. I would have thought that a pc when 16 gigs of memory wouldn't have been so slow. Even my zooms move in slow motion. I need to replace this pc ASAP!

This computer is defective. I need to return. The keyboard does not except certain key, vowels and letters. I cannot afford a long process of exchange and replace help. I need a telephone number to speak with an agent.

Set up is disastrous. The computer refuses to restart so basically for two days now i cannot do anything with it even the tech guy is stumped and it is impossible to get assistance from Microsoft be cause when you call it hangs up on u and tells u to ho online i go online its not working u cannot get assistance without entering email and its impossible to enter email when no keyboard pops up

This computer moves and acts as if it is used. It moves super slow. It restarts on its own ALL THE TIME!! The screen quality looks CHEAP but the price says otherwise. I really wish I'd stuck with Amazon and ordered from there. I was also charged for a $500 protection plan that I did not approve and can't get rid of. I really regret this purchase.
