I NEEDED bread...real bread. That coconut flour was just not satisfying, the texture was wrong, and always had that coconutty taste. Mix: 1 cup cassava flour 3 tablespoons psyllium powder 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt Mix in approximately 1-1/2 cups yogurt to make a nice dough. (Add a little more flour if you need to.) Cut dough into 10-12 equal pieces, dust your surface with flour and roll out to tortilla or pita thickness. Cook in a skillet (I use cast-iron) at medium heat for approximately three minutes on one side before flipping it and cooking an additional minute on the other side. I set out a cookie rack on which they cool. Use flatbread as a tortilla, a wrap, pita, or toasted a little bit longer for a pizza crust, and ENJOY! I let them cool completely on a cookie rack before separating them with paper towels and storing them in a big plastic Ziploc bag for up to a week in the refrigerator. Reheat a little before using. YUM!

First time I tried Cassava Flour. I made pancakes with it and a small amount of Pecan flour. They didn't rise, but they were delicious. I think the Pecan flour added to the good flavor.

I love it! My sister and I follow the clean food diet (also called Whole 30 diet) and this flour is an important part of it. I use it cooking jusy like wheat flour. The price and size is so economical.

I was pleased that the item arrived within 2 days. It was in very good shape. It would have been helpful, thought if the nutrition ingredients were posted on the site along with the fact that the item was Gluten Free, Kosher and certified, Paleo. I am on Keto and unfortunately, the carb count is very high.

Works like other brands of cassava but lots of dark hard pieces (skin?) in it. Smells funny - not really rancid. Definitely not on par with Otto's or Anthony's brand.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Worst product ever purchase. Not only does it smell horrible but it also tasted disgusting. I used it for baking and my recommendation are buy a better brand except for this one.

Not the best Cassava flour. I had heard the brand really matters when it comes to quality, and this one is definitely not one of the better flours.

The bag of flour came with holes. The flour spilled inside the box and made a mess when i open the box. the box was in good condition so i assume it was boxed damaged.
