Bob's Red Mill Millet Flour, 20 oz

I use Millet Flour to make Crepes. And it gives me a good result every time when I make it. You can make multiple dishes from Millet flour but mostly I use it for Crepes. Its good product and great price. Im satisfied with my purchase.

I have used Bob's millet flour before and have been very pleased with it. It performs well when mixed with other flours (this is the only way I've used it, never just alone). I don't think I've ever seen a gluten free recipe that used strictly millet flour, it's always mixed with other flours. I will purchase again when needed.

I made some bread. substituted 1/2 cup of millet for bread flour. other than that I can't say much. only just started using the millet.

This Millet Flour is fantastic. BRM always makes the best stuff. The quality is top-notch, and it adds a great crumble to my bakes. The flavor is subtly nutty and really enhances the taste of my recipes. Whether I'm making bread or muffins, this flour gives a great texture and a yummy, wholesome touch.

I use this as the coating on my sourdough loaves. it doesn't turn dark, doesn't add much flavor, doesn't coat your mouth like flour, helps the loaves not stick, and I like to hope I'm adding some extra vitamins but probably not in this amount. still, I'm very happy with it for this.

This is such a good product, as almost all the products fro Bob's Red Mill. The taste is a little bitter but it is expected. I used it in the short bread crust and it was delicious. I would recommend to use it along with cocoa powder because of its natural slight bitterness.

I use it in my morning coffee daily. Make sure you get the lumps out before adding it to the hot water and instant coffee so it's like a powder. It should work. I do make a large cup (500mls) though so maybe that has something to do with it?
