Bob's Red Mill Millet Flour, 20 oz

I use Millet Flour to make Crepes. And it gives me a good result every time when I make it. You can make multiple dishes from Millet flour but mostly I use it for Crepes. Its good product and great price. Im satisfied with my purchase.

I have used Bob's millet flour before and have been very pleased with it. It performs well when mixed with other flours (this is the only way I've used it, never just alone). I don't think I've ever seen a gluten free recipe that used strictly millet flour, it's always mixed with other flours. I will purchase again when needed.

I made some bread. substituted 1/2 cup of millet for bread flour. other than that I can't say much. only just started using the millet.

Millet flour is a good alternative to make Roti (bread) especially in these times where wheat flour is hard to find. Bob's quality has always been great. The flour is fresh, whole grain and healthy especially for folks who are looking for gluten-free options.

I havent used it yet you cant use it for just anything

Stale flour. Must have been in storage, a bad storage, for a very long time. It was stale, flat, and sort of bitter. Will not buy again.
